From transparent items to small ones and those with complex shapes! Here are some detection examples using NuLMiL.

We would like to introduce detection examples using the visual inspection system "NuLMiL." It can be applied to the detection of defects in plastic products. For transparent containers, by using backlighting with a light guide plate, we can clearly capture the defective parts. For small containers or those with complex shapes, we have made it possible to conduct a full inspection by rotating the container while capturing images using the IKZ-01. 【Challenges】 - We want to automate and reduce the manpower required for inspections currently done visually. - Inspection using AI is difficult for small lot, diverse production. - We want to classify defects by type, such as scratches and discoloration. - Light reflection from the product can lead to false detections. 【Verification Details】 - Capturing images with lighting tailored to the container. - Using inexpensive lighting and cameras to reduce implementation costs. - Utilizing this product to accommodate diverse production and defect classification. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
